Condo 223 with Southwest Flair! Quiet 2nd Floor retreat is a one level unit with an upstairs entry level, able to walk to amenities and Texas Club. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa and a deck off the dining area. There are two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. There is Central heat/air conditioner, flooring/carpet, black and decker coffee maker and Wi-Fi. The total occupancy is 6 people. Close to the lake, tennis court, sports court, outdoor swimming pool. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
