ALPINE VISTA, is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cabin, secluded in the 'desirable' northern part of Ruidoso. Wonderful mountain and valley views and a hot tub on a large deck to take it all in. Professionally made rustic furniture in an open floor plan designed to get the best view. Seclusion....this property is located at the end of a dead end road and has no neighbors on either side. In fact, the only house within 500 yards is down below on other side of road. Located next to the Lincoln National Forest, this property is what a Ruidoso vacation is all about.

Perfect Stay!
Great property in a cook town with some amazing views. Sylvia was first class with communication on responses and expectations for our stay at the property. Everything was just as expected. Views from the deck were great, beds were comfortable, and everything we could have needed as available. Hope we can return against soon!

Best spring break trip!
My family and I had an amazing time staying on the property and visiting the area. The property was so beautiful! Everything we wanted to do was near by and the locals were so kind. Sylvia was amazing and kept us informed of the weather at the property prior to our drive out there. Definitely recommend visiting this location!

Lovely cabin
We have stayed at many cabins in Ruidoso. This is definitely in the top 3. We celebrated my daughter’s 16th bday. She loves to go to the cabins and soak in a hot tub. We loved that the hot tub was ready to go on arrival and we didn’t have to wait hours for it to heat up. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

This property was amazing! Very clean and comfy. The view from the hot tub with the stars was unforgettable. I would highly suggest this place and would definitely come back. Sylvia was a great host and zero problems on our end.

Great property, great views, great location! Cabin was very clean and had a good floor plan. The only negative comments I have are that the mattresses were not to our liking, very firm. Also, no smart tv's in the cabin for movies or streaming.
