Not for Tall People
Overall the cabin looked as though it was piece milled together. The main room was sufficient.. However the kitchen was way too small to even prepare sandwiches. We attempted to pansear some of the trout that we had caught, but the small stove was off-balance towards the front.
The bedroom was tiny with barely enough room for me to walk on either side of the bed.
Now let's talk about the bathroom.. Me being six foot five inches tall, When taking care of business my knees hit the wall in front of me. With the bathroom ceiling being sloped, I couldn't even fit into the shower.
You have to have patience when it comes to getting hot water out of the bathroom or the sink.. It took almost three minutes of wasting water for hot to start coming out of the faucet.
Now let's discuss the cooling of the cabin..
When we got there , the one window Unit in the small bedroom was on.. But it didn't provide enough cooling for the whole cabin. The fan in the living room wasn't enough to move the air around to cool the cabin. I Had Texted them concerning the cabin being so hot inside.. It was eighty three degrees outside.. My response was... It will cool off after the sun goes down..
Needless to say we left the windows open all night long.
Besides all of that ... with the antiquated steel chair on the porch that broke when I sat on it... We had a very enjoyable stay ..and I was glad that neither one of us watch television because trying to get a local station was a joke.
