La façade du gîte n’ est pas celle de l annonce Piscine sale et pas entretenue et manque d’eau. Celle ci n est pas privatisé non plus puisqu elle est partagée avec les autres gîtes (non précisé dans l annonce) Terrasse trop petite pour 8 personnes Couloir d’entrée avec moquette sale sur les murs Pas de pression d’eau dans 3 salles de bain Fuite siphon évier de cuisine Store coupe vente (screen) inutilisable manivelle cassée et store arraché Le bien reste bien situé car très proche du centre ville à pieds et de la baignade. Besoin d un gros rafraîchissement

Annonce pas conforme au bien

L'annonce ne présente pas de photo de la façade de l'appartement mais celle des locations voisines. Elle n'est effectivement pas très vendeuse. Le piscine partagée n'est pas clairement indiquée dans le corps de l'annonce mais que lorsqu'on affiche le détail des équipements. De plus, elle est trop petite pour accueillir les 18 personnes potentielles de la copropriété. L'état général de l'appartement nécessiterait une bonne remise en état avant exploitation. La vaisselle et les ustensiles ne sont pas adaptés à la capacité de cette location.
