In the heart of the Vosges forest and the plateau of a thousand ponds, the house evokes the Canadian fjords of the Tadoussac region, and the beautiful Finnish lakes. Perched on the heights of the commune of Rupt Sur Moselle, these 5 hectares of forest, water and dwellings perfectly marry the fauna and flora that inhabit it.
Ponds "founded in titles" from the Napoleonic era, fed by three springs arriving directly on the estate where a charming family home was located at the time.
A series of works bringing the chalet-style habitat up to date, and the construction of a "Tiny House" (small house), on the edge of the smallest pond, have made it possible to rediscover pleasure and serenity.
Long courted by professional photographers, especially for sublime wedding memories, several film shoots have taken place there as well as stays by artists seeking isolation to compose in great calm.
Large enough to isolate yourself in the deepest calm, and close enough to the cities to enjoy their amenities and practicality.
