There's many cons and pros with this house, but unless you were coming to stay home all day, it's not worth lowering it another star or more.
Pros: nice large rooms, fully supplied with everything I expected and then some other things. Beds comfortable. Roku TV's in 2 bedrooms and the living room. Nice hot water and awesome pressure for a nice shower. Neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and nice to talk to when we finally got to see them.
Cons: Ants in house, but they did have sprays and traps. No screens in some windows, which may not be a problem if you use AC, I just like fresh air. Couldn't have outdoor activities because there wasn't tables or chairs, plus you'd get eaten up by mosquitoes. No grill or fire pit. Uncomfortable couches in living room. Uncomfortable flat pillows for sleeping.
All of the above are not deal breakers, just informing any future guests in case they are planning to stay in for their stay. The house itself was very nice, even with the ants. Just wish we could've been outback when we were home. It is dated, which for us just adds character and nostalgia. I would highly consider staying again if I go back. The hosts provided more than necessary, which was nice. I didn't have to contact them, so I can't comment on that account. I would recommend this house, it wasn't a budget breaking price, close enough to stores and attractions.
