Enjoy relaxing scenes of the sunrise and wildlife from your 1000 foot view no matter the season or weather.. Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room.

The views at the property were amazing. The house was clean and well kept. It was very cozy and a great location. We felt very at home. The furnishings are somewhat dated but comfortable. The house was perfect for us! Our two 13 yr olds loved the sunroom and even slept there. The views were amazing!!! And the rocks in the backyard were cool! The owners were so nice and made the trip effortless!!! Highly recommend!

Fun on the mountain
This was my first start at this property and it did not disappoint. The view of the river is amazing in the morning and it’s so close to the state park that is my favorite in Arkansas. I’ll definitely be back with my family.
