Perfect place for Europapark

This is our second time staying at the hotel and the service was just as good. Nice, clean rooms; good breakfast; and a location perfect for visiting Europapark.

Walking distance to Europa Park and food. Right next to grocery stores. Upper rooms are hot in the summer, even with the provided fan. The upper floor is stuffy with little airflow. Showerhead was dirty.

Amazing personnel but old furniture

Amazing personnel, room was clean, breakfast is sufficient. Furtiture is very old and shall be renovated a few years ago already, matresses are too soft and not super comfortable (although for 3 days of staying it was OK). Overall good place of stay in case budget is very tight. Otherwise - look better for other options.

Stayed for a trip to europa park good location 15/20 mins walk to the park a short walk to hotel bell rock so you can get the shuttle bus to the water park the guest house was clean breakfast was great only problem i had was that the shower height adjust was broken and wouldn't stay fixed at a higher point pro tip you can leave the park though the spanish gate but not enter makes the walk back a lit shorter especially if you cut though hotel bell rock would absolutely recommend the guest house for a trip to europa park

We stayed with my son to go to Europa Park. Restaurant on site is really good! It feels more like a dorm but it was fine except we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs to get to our room.

Very clean, close to Europa park,good breakfast. Friendly staff in the breakfast. No receptionist after 12pm, dark in the garden & in the path to the rooms. The sofa bed was not open and no sheets & blankets for the 7 person. We booked an apartment for 7, the wc was inside the bedroom so it was not comfortable for the others to come in during the night..

Die Unterkunft ist preislich attraktiv und ĂŒberzeugt durch ihre NĂ€he zum Europapark und Rulantica – ein grosser Pluspunkt, besonders fĂŒr Familien und Freizeitparkbesucher. Auch das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war sehr gut und hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten: Die Zimmer befinden sich im Dachstock, was an sich kein Problem wĂ€re, wenn das Dachfenster sich zuverlĂ€ssig offen halten liesse. So war einfaches LĂŒften kaum möglich. Es war sehr heiss, und da das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnte, war an Schlaf nicht zu denken... Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr ringhörig, was je nach Nachbarschaft die Nachtruhe beeintrĂ€chtigen kann. Die Informationen im Voraus per E-Mail waren teilweise unklar. Zudem erschweren zahlreiche Rechtschreibfehler und unvollstĂ€ndige SĂ€tze das VerstĂ€ndnis. Mit kleinen Verbesserungen in Kommunikation und Ausstattung könnte diese Unterkunft deutlich an QualitĂ€t gewinnen.
