I was quite upset when I was given a double queen room, when I had reserved a King suite. This was not relayed to me at check in, and I found out upon entering my room. One person at the front desk tried to tell me that if we booked third party, then it could be because it was over booked and we basically got booted from our reservation. Then the manager came to tell us that it was because an air conditioner was out and they couldn’t use it. It would have been nice to know up front of any changes that were made to my reservation.

I didn't like the fact that I booked an ADA Accessible room and was told at the front desk that we checked in to late. I explained to the front desk clerk that we needed an ADA Accessible room because my friend can not walk. It literally took her ten minutes to get in and out of the regular tub. Also, the manger called our room with a nasty attitude and told me that we should have been out of the room by 11:00. I explained to him that we booked the room for two days, he asked me to bring him proof or we would have to pay for another room or leave the hotel. It was so inconvenience to pack up and unpack the wheelchair.

The property itself nice and clean, the staff very friendly..however the water was not hot at all. The door to our room would not shut on its own when we checked in got to the room the door was open so I was skeptical and it looked as if someone had later on the bed, but all was good though! I used the workout facility and it was great!
