Needed Getaway
The property was very nice and the location was perfect, because it was quiet and peaceful. Property was well maintained. We plan on coming back once the lake is full again. It could use a little more cleaning on the back of the house. Several spider webs and spider eggs.

Inside was clean and smelled great Unfortunately, the fishing conditions were not what was expected. When they drain/ dredge lake (starting in October) results should improve fishing

Unique house with a great porch!
The house appears as it does in pictures. Nice kitchen, bathroom downstairs. The best part is the porch, which is right over the water and has a lovely view. The upstairs is spartan but usable—it does get a bit hot up there, but not unbearably so. Would be a great house to bring a boat as there are two very nice boat slips with automatic doors that can be closed at night. If you plan to fish, be prepared for lots of weeds in the water around the house (as in most Texas and Louisiana lakes). Lots of great bird-watching, we saw a bald eagle several times! Would stay here again.

Property was ok. Ran into some issues. Could not get on Wi-Fi. Wanted to do some fishing but the lake area near the cabin was full of mossand weeds and made fishing difficult off the porch. I felt that the front door needed more coverage to allow for more privacy.

Home for a funeral
Renting this property was simple, the property manager responded very quick to questions, the home was clean and very peaceful. The only change that I would make is to clear the cobwebs and spray for spiders outside

Refreshing break from stressful time
We loved staying here! It was so relaxing and refreshing, just sitting on the porch and watching and listening to the water! We had a storm roll in on our last night and just sat on the deck and enjoyed it! We will be booking it again!
