Modern, well-equipped house with plenty of space. Great location- an easy walk to Jennes beach and short drive to Portsmouth and Hampton Beach boardwalk area. Great biking along the coastal highway. Steve was very communicative and responded quickly. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely home! Everything exceeded our expectations and all the necessities were covered and with some great surprises thrown in. The owners have thought of everything. The accommodations were perfect (and comfortable) for our large family and the home offers privacy and plenty of parking. The pictures don’t do justice. This property is wonderful and had everything we needed. It is very well appointed and is beautifully updated. It is an easy walk to the beach and the home provides beach chairs, toys and wagons to easily wheel it all down. While only a couple of blocks from the beach and cafe, it is still very quiet and peaceful. A week wasn’t long enough! Steve and Jen were great hosts and answered all of our questions quickly. We would love to return.

The house is beautiful. Very comfortable. Jen and Steve are great hosts. Very prompt if we contacted them. For instance, we needed a larger pan and when we returned from the beach there were 2 on doorstep. Yard is private and quiet. WiFi easily accessible.
