Stunning Spacious Seaside cottage, 1 minute from the beach sleeps 12

Two Tides is a stunning and very much loved beach house situated about 1 minutes walk from the famous sand dunes of Camber Sands beach and a perfect base to explore all that the local area has to offer. It is perfect for holidays with friends or family. Lovingly refurbished with 5 bedrooms it sleeps up to 12 plus a travel cot. We are more than happy to help plan your holiday and can tailor recommendations to your group. Two Tides has 3 bathrooms and a modern well appointed kitchen, open plan living and dining with a double height pitched ceiling which gives the cottage a great sense of space, it is a home away from home. It has a secure garden for the kids to play too and off street parking for 3 cars. Plus it is next door to our other house The Tides (property listing: 8129974) which sleeps up to 9. The layout of Two Tides is downstairs it has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, two are double bedrooms and one has two sets of bunk beds sleeping 4. Upstairs is a double room with a king size bed and a twin room both have access to a shared bathroom. The cottage is well stocked with books, games and DVD's. Our changeover day is a Friday but we will accommodate a different day if possible. We love the house and are sure you will too.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Two Tides as one of four families to celebrate new years and had a wonderful time. The property is in a brilliant location and the open plan format is perfect for large groups. Communication with Louise was amazing before and during our stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again one day

Great family getaway

Despite the weather we had a wonderful time for a week in the cottage. It’s so spacious we didn’t feel we were getting under each others feet, even on rainy days. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of games, books and DVDs to keep the kids occupied.

Great property, very clean with great quality linens and towels even beach towels. The house had everything that you could need and is only 5mins walk to a wonderful sandy beach. Local shop with all that you might need. We would highly recommend it and will most probably come again.

Wonderful weekend trip from London

We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!

Great for a weekend break with family

Lovely property situated virtually on the beach. Great for children as the sand is suitable for ball games, castle building etc. and the sea is shallow as it goes out a long way. Lovely garden. Not a lot in the way of amenities in the immediate area. We were lucky as the weather was glorious. Good communication from the owner.

70th elebration

10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, it was a lovely house, and so near the beach. We used all the rooms they were all good, although the bedroom downstairs on the right had a sofa bed and my daughter said it was very hard, but out did not bother us too much as everything else was superb, a lovely owner as well who answered all our questions , thank you mrs Simmonds.

Wonderful stay at Camber Sands cottage

We booked the cottage 17-19th May for a girlie hen weekend for our friend who is getting married soon, group of 12. The cottage has everything you need and more, the lounge/dining area spacious and open plan which was great for our group. There is outside space too where we sat for some drinks in the afternoon. The cottage location is great, few mins from the sandy beach. We also walked to the nearby Owl pub recommended by the host, the food was fantastic. The area is quiet, only a few seagulls being noisy in the morning. We would highly recommend and will look to book again in the future!

Great location

Stayed here for a week as a family of four. The property is spacious and a perfect location for days on the beach, which is a short walk away. The provision of beach towels is a nice touch. There is a wide selection of books and DVDs supplied, which is great along with some toys for the children. There are also many games, but we found a lot of them are missing pieces and not able to be played. The property itself is nice, but needs a few maintenance items addressing in order to reach its potential. Kids loved it and want to go back.

Sunny Holiday Stay

We had an amazing holiday stay at this property. The location is perfect with close beach access and a nearby small corner shop for any last minute purchases. The property had lots of space for all 10 of us, and the kitchen and dinning facilities/accessories had everything needed to cook a large celebratory meal one night. Fantastic house & location

We are a group of 10 friends that stayed for a few nights in June. From the start the owners was incredibly helpful and informative. The beach house (how we all named it!) was perfect and even better than expected. It has brilliant living space, indoors and out. Beds were super comfy too! Spotlessly clean and really well appointed, lots of kitchen equipment, washer, dishwasher, huge fridge freezer! Although we were there for only a few days, the beach house would be ideal for much longer breaks & holidays. The location couldn’t be better. Literally a 60 seconds walk to the beach and to some really good food pubs when we wanted to get out (although we really didn’t feel like leaving such a lovely house). We all highly recommend, just book!

Two Tides was ideal for our needs. There was plenty of room for us all to eat around the same table, space for the children to play, comfortable bedrooms and a quiet atmosphere. Large kitchen. A long and very clean beach just five minutes walk away. Children enjoyed running in the sandhills. A very relaxing break.

Fantastic 50th Celebrations

Four families came together to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The house was perfect. Lovely open plan design with lots of space. Comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms. An excellent spacious house for our family group of grandparents, parents and young children. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Nice touches - games, toys and DVDs for indoor entertainment when needed, and beach towels. We felt at home straight away. Great location with sandy beach a few minutes walk.
