Emailed hotel about wifi and room cards as needed 2 room cards and no response. Self check in only allows you to have 1 card. Room also needed cleaning on balcony was days of cigarette butts. There needs to be some better communication on how to setup your stay.

A good place to stay, just off the busy shopping district. A 20 minute walk from the train station. Easy check in and check out.

Fancy room but noisy

It is a spacious and clean apartment. But there was no proper insulation from the windows (enkel glas), and a lot of cars drive there so it was very noisy. Also the heating/airco system was confusing and not very sustainable.

Great location, beautiful comfortable room, helpful staff when phoned. I would definitely return. However 2 comments, although there is a kitchen in the room, the cooking amenities/utensils was limited. 1 breakfast plate, 1 cake plate and 1 tea cup plate is limited for 2 people. No cooking utensils.There is no staff on sight after 11am. Everything is self check in and out. Made the experience less personal.

Inchecken was een crime - ik had geen Deurcode en mijn reserveringsnummer werd niet herkend. Eenmaal binnen was het top. Beetje vreemde badkamer met een raam naar de slaapkamer. Verder perfect.
