I would want to give this hotel 5*, however, at first my room have some issues (the wash sink didn’t drain at all, the water boiler didn’t work), the staff were so helpful try to fix most of the issues, one thing I still believe that a five star hotel with permanent dots stained bath tub is not acceptable. I could not enjoy a hot bath after a long day walking .. how sad, they also would not be able to change the room for me, so I subtract a start for this. The staffs are very nice and helpful professionally 5*!

Amazing stay at KK’s, our room on the 13th floor had the best views and comfortable beds ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Sarah at the front desk was most helpful, helping us to book activities and following up with us every morning. It’s only a few minutes walk from the center, so it’s been great to be a little further than all the action while still close to it. We really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. The only downside was the never ending construction next door, which is obviously beyond’s the hotel’s control.

Overall we had a lovely stay! The room was incredible and very clean. One thing to note is that it was often hard to find staff members, especially at the cafe. We would want to get something and there would be no staff on the entire floor. We also had an odd interaction with one of the front desk members. He insisted on taking driving us to many of the main attractions in sapa but did not give us a price even though we asked many times. It ended up being way more expensive than taking a Grab, so I would not recommend taking them up on that. Other than a few frustrating interactions, we had a great stay!

Best breakfast buffet, so many options of cuisine, drinks and desserts. Many choices for vegetarians. Everything tasty and fresh. Good gym, billiards and pool facilities. Every hall has air freshener. Grand family room was spacious and freshened towels daily. Only downside was hot water takes forever to heat up, doesn't get very hot and water pressure is average. Highly recommend to stay here when in Sa Pa.

Excellent Stay

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Unfortunately Sa Pa was foggy during our stay so we never got to appreciate the view from the room but I imagine it’s an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a good location. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Sa Pa thank you to the great staff for a wonderful stay.

This hotel overall was very nice. Rooms were clean, good amenities (gym, pool, pool table). Breakfast was very very good. Lots of options and the food was delicious. It’s a bit farther out from the central town area (~10 min walk) but nothing too crazy. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked the valley view and had a really nice unblocked view. Breakfast was okay. Quality was just average, but they had a more than basic spread. Room was really spacious and clean. Washroom was also clean and in good condition. However, the "eco-friendly" refillable bottle soaps in the shower were a bit sus... Luckily I brought my own and I ended up using that instead. Walkable distance to the restaurant / food area. 10 mins -ish on foot while dodging traffic.

I requested for a complimentary late check out at 130pm instead of the normal time 12pm when I check in. However, staff told me I have to check again next morning as they are not are not sure of availability. Next day, I went to ask as advised. Initially they said it is full and I cannot do a late check out. Subsequently they told me I can pay a half day room till 6pm to secure the room. It is quite frustrating as there is no intent to allow late check out. They should have outright said not possible instead of making me ask again, only to be told I can do it if I pay. Eventually, they let me check out at 1230pm. Their breakfast was also terrible and I paid VND 300k per pax on my day of arrival.

Breakfast were the best, very efficient and hard working. Front desk-first impressions-gentlemen were awesome staff but ladies we very inefficient, not follow through. Spa staff a a waste of money. Leadership aren't the best, standing there with lots of authority but don't do much-again breakfast and housekeeping staff are the plus for this hotel.
