Great view from our room! The front desk staff arranged our transfer to Hanoi and made sure we were checked in at the bus depot. Unfortunately we were in Sapa at the time of the coronavirus so there weren't many restaurants and shops open.

this is a new hotel ,the room is very clean and spacious with magnificent view. good location travelling to the city centre (Sun Plaza, Sapa Church) Staff were very friendly and helpful . hight recommend
