You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Spacious and modern new construction with lots of room for the family.

This property is an entire one level house with 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully furnished and includes all the bedding and towels required for any duration of stay. Relax in the living room and watch a movie or play video games together with the PS4. Local cable is included for sports fans. The dining room has a full size dining room table with room for 6.
In the fully equipped kitchen you have beautiful quartz counters and stainless steel appliances along with a wide selection of all the utensils and tools required to prepare meals. There is a selection of basic spices and cooking supplies included. You will also find a Keurig machine with an ample supply of coffee pods and a variety of specialty teas.
There is a full sized washer and dryer with a good supply of detergent pods and dryer sheets for all of your laundry needs. There are two mini split heat pump units in the house which easily manage the temperature year round and provide air conditioning in the summer.
The back yard is a fully fenced space and it can be accessed from the side yard as well as from the primary bedroom. The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars and there is also parking on the street if needed as well.

The house is located in a subdivision of new homes with many young families. I would ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours and remember that Nature's Backyard is a no smoking property and that the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am please be respected.

Normal check in time is 5pm but early check in may be an option depending on the calendar. This is a function of the availability of my cleaning provider. Please contact me ahead of time if you would like early check in and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please use the VRBO platform for all communication. This way there is a record of all messages and no special requests or concerns are lost. I will respond very quickly using the app. I may not receive email messages directly from guests.

Price was good, communication, check-in, and check-out was a breeze. The house itself was one of the best appointed short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It had plenty of dishes and cookware, plenty of extra linens, it had enough living room furniture for our family to sit comfortably, a dining table large enough for everyone, and big bedrooms. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts was there was quite a lot of dog hair in the house, so cleanliness wasn’t excellent. But it didn’t bother me that much, so I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay! It is a bit out of the way, but we knew that when booking. House is very clean, comfortable and was fully stocked with dishes and coffee. Loved that there was a toaster oven; used it a few times. Very quiet, newly developed area. We would have no problem booking with them again.

Very clean nice place. More amenities than I expected. Extra coffee, towels dishes etc on hand. Games, wifi play station. We were able to entertain local family at this location. It took me while to figure out the light switches, but that is the builder not the owner.

Everything was great. (Only small down fall, you could hear everything little noise throughout the house, so if you’re a light sleeper use a sleep machine or something of sort) if you have small kids, There is lots of knickknacks to have to keep an eye on them touching. He even delivered a stepstool when we inquired about one. I would give this owner and property 10 stars if I could! The house is about 20 minutes drive from the swarts bay ferry and about 25 minutes from down town Victoria.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Victoria. The three rooms were super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. The host was very considerate and even extended our stay by an hour, which we really appreciated. The location was great, being close to the main highway, making it convenient to access all the sightseeing places. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it.
