The upper floor features two separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide), and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm each). It also has a bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin, as well as a small equipped kitchen and a dining area for four people. This floor also has a small balcony with garden furniture. The lower floor has two additional separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide), a bathroom with shower and WC, another bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooker, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a large living area with a dining table.
