Antler Fairway is one of the best-kept secrets in the Country Club — a private, secluded retreat nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. This inviting home is the perfect spot for your next Frio family vacation, offering a peaceful setting with all the comforts of home and plenty of space to relax and reconnect.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floor plan designed for togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a large living and dining area, making it easy to cook, eat, and gather with family and friends. The kitchen bar offers extra seating for casual meals or morning coffee, while the split-bedroom layout provides added privacy and comfort for everyone in your group.

Step outside to enjoy the large covered patio — complete with seating, dining space, and your own private pool to cool off in after a day in the sun. Whether you’re sharing meals, lounging by the pool, or simply soaking in the peaceful Hill Country surroundings, Antler Fairway offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and charm.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 queen
Bedroom 2 — sleeps 6 – 1 king, 1 queen, twin bunkbed
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 4 – 1 queen, 1 twin bunkbed
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 4 – 1 queen, 1 twin bunkbed

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
• Coffee filters
• Daily garbage pick up service
* Starter pack 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen trash bags, small dish soap, and small amount of dishwasher soap.

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
