No hay trabajadores físicos y el sistema de entrada y salida es confuso. Los teléfonos que aparecen no los coge nadie. Sí es cierto que llamé a un teléfono que encontré por algún correo y la chica que me asistió me solucionó todos los problemas que tenía para acceder al hostal. Lo que mejor valoro es esta tele asistencia pero deberían poner el teléfono allí mismo y la limpieza

Hôtel très impersonnel, nous n'avons croisé aucun employé. Tout s'est fait sur Internet avec un lien permettant de déverrouiller les différentes portes à partir du smartphone. Il ne faut pas l'oublier dans la chambre !!! Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir 2 lits à étage, ce qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site internet. Autre problème: le stationnement est extrêmement difficile. Sinon l'hôtel est propre et le ménage est bien fait, les employés ont plié les pyjamas des enfants et rangé leurs doudous 🙂.
