오션뷰, 공동 수영장, 바베큐 가게 등 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만 아쉬운 점을 말씀드리면, 건물측면 주차장 폭이 너무 작아서 양쪽으로 내릴 수 있게 주차하는게 불가능한 수준입니다. 차가 크지도 않은데 말입니다.
