Loud noises and bangs til about 0200 few guys drinking late at night, could hear bangs on wall, doors slamming, and guys hollering until wee hours of the morning. Bed was comfy enough, heater was sufficient. Blanket had cigarette burns on it and hair on towels and in shower/sink. Convenient location to beach area and right off interstate exit.

Not very clean. Dirt on table. Mold around edge of tub. Bathroom needs repainting. Walls and door look very dirty. Thankfully the sheets were clean. The comforter had dirt/stains.
