Overall room was great but breakfast was a bit of a struggle-we sat down for 10 min w out drinks or anyone to welcome/serve us. Employees were talking all together while we sat there. Ended up ordering to-go. Food was okay.

The hotel is located adjacent to a freeway. My wife kept waking up and got a terrible nights rest because the noise from vehicles. Our room was on the 2nd floor close to the ice maker. The noise from it startled my wife and woke up her up too. The desk staff were nice and professional at check in. However, it appears they limit their service to patrons using 3rd parties like Expedia. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told it will be emailed since I went thru a third party. Sounds odd. I wonder if we were given the room near the ice machine bc we used Expedia.
