Veronica and the front desk staff were very sweet and helpful! Room was clean and spacious, especially appreciated the dove toiletries in the bathroom Breakfast buffet was standard but enjoyable! Walkable to Gold line made getting around very easy! Some noise as they have exterior construction going on but they made us aware of that ahead of time

This looks like a hotel that has been abandoned due to major construction in progress upfront and around, the signs to direct you are not clear, the parking in the back is limited and tight due to construction containers blocking space needed to move around and reverse. It was late when I arrived, I bit the bullet bc I was tired from traveling and no energy to look for something else nor argue with hotels.com so I made the best of it. If you are considering this hotel, please pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

Lot of construction in the front of the hotel with hard to follow instructions on where the front desk is located. Very very dirty carpets in the rooms, stairs and all other carpeted areas.

Roaches

I was shocked and disgusted to find a roach in my Holiday Inn room. While the staff did switch me to another room when I asked, the damage was already done — it's impossible to feel comfortable knowing there are roaches in the building. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control. I couldn't rest, worried about possible roaches or even eggs in the room. For a major hotel brand, this is completely unacceptable, and I wont be booking here again.
