The AC was too loud in the first room I was given. The street noise was too much in the second one. Not the hotels fault but homeless outside play loud music

Ciustomer service excellent!! There was a picture in the bathroom the glass was cracked all the way across. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken. There was 1 roll of toilet paper half used no backup.

Management was great when helping us with a situation that the front desk staff could not. Food in the restaurant was very high quality. Our room could have used a little bit of Maintenance work, some things are not being kept on top of but overall very clean. Really appreciated the refrigerator.

We were terribly offended by the only bathroom downstairs to use when in the bar or restaurant. It is large and open with stalls to the left that are not completely private and it shared by both women/girls and men/boys. When I walked in followed by another male guest the woman coming out of the stall was shocked as was I upon seeing her. This attack upon women by forcing them in restrooms with men is unconscionable, my wife was shocked. We will never go to a Hyatt Hotel featuring unisex public bathrooms ever again.

My primary issue with this property was that the valet was across the street in another shady garage. The HVAC was loud but unproblematic as others have noted. Beautiful room and excellent staff hospitality.
