I forgot and left a wedding ring in the bathroom when we checked out and tried to come back and get it but when I called them they said no ring was found in the bathroom we know that it was left there but they keep denying it very upset about that

The room was OK, except it was lacking a writing pad and a pen, a standard in every hotel, which I needed because I had few calls and needed to write down certain info. The other thing is the lack of a microwave in the room. Most hotels of the same standard have a fridge and a microwave. You may need to change the mattresses as well.
