Very efficient shuttle and check-in. Hotel looks great. I was surprised that the front desk was unable to make change for a $20 bill so I could tip the driver and offered no suggestions or solutions.

Good service

Flight was delayed, arrived after midnight and the desk clerk got the van to me almost immediately. Very appreciated. Very nice breakfast spread, hard boiled eggs came in their shell vice a plastic covering. I con’t make it to Sacramento often, but I would definitely stay here again!

Pre-paid room sold out from under me. Pre-paid night through Hotels.com which indicated check in anytime and arrived after midnight to find the Hyatt had sold the room to someone else, and then KEPT my money as well. I had to find a room at higher price nearby so ended up paying more than double. Unreasonable manager denied refund.

When I went to check in, the hotel told me that I had to contact Expedia because my reservation was unpaid. They said they were having issues with 3rd party bookings. I’ve never had an issue at any other hotel. They told me I would not have further issues if I just booked with their reservation system. I felt like I had done something wrong and was inconveniencing them. It got resolved after quite a while, but I’d rather not go through that again.
