The hot tub was hot enough but it had a piece of trash in it. The neighborhood around the hotel was scary. They powerwashed the sidewalk and steps and got gross stuff all over our cars. All the staff were friendly.

It's okay if you can't go anywhere else

Unhealthy breakfast the room had stains on the floor i had to clean the toilet before I used it. I paid in cash and they didn't want to refund me in cash

Id stay again

Not in the best area, alot of homeless about. But, hotel has 24/7 security and front desk. As a solo woman traveler they treated me to a room above the office where i could feel really safe. And indeed i did. The room was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Id stay again. Great for the price.

There was way too much noise going on around the hotel. The staff was making a lot of noise as well when they were cleaning the rooms. They tried going into my room when it was clearly locked. The roof was leaking terribly. Won’t be staying there again. When I told the front desk about it they were like “ yeah it’s happening in other rooms and just be careful not to fall because someone else fell in a different room”. Didn’t do anything about it.

The room and property were average and as expected for this level of accommodations. I only chose this location based on proximity to the Aftershock Festival Venue. However, they charged $20 a day to park, when the website clearly designates that parking is free. This fact alone brought the overall score down from a 3 to a 2. "Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed)."

This hotel was very convenient for attending the Aftershock Festival at Discovery Park. Prices were reasonable even with the large event and we got a good value for what we paid.

We got this place for the location for the aftershock festival. But we paid so much for the rooms because they jacked up the price for the festival, which is somewhat understandable. But then charged us parking on top of it even though the listing says free parking. We definitely paid way more than this hotel was worth, super rundown and thin walls so we could hear every other room around us.

We’re close to the weekend concert we were going to. I loved being able to check in early. There was plenty of light in our room, and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in undisturbed. Room was clean. Liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave. We will be staying there again next year.
