The original room we were assigned had a bad heater and the room wouldn’t heat up. Since there was no one from the hotel on the premises we had to text someone to help us. Took hours to resolve by giving us another room. The new room was fine but i feel that having someone on the property would have resolved this issue much quicker.

Charming, quiet, and unique rooms. I highly suggest the King Grand Suite. The hot tub style bath tub was amazing. Huge apartment room. Loved it. I'll be coming back soon.

NO STAFF ON SITE. which was very disappointing and eerie. there needs to be a staff member present at all times, especially for safety. I did not feel at ease.

The parking was great after 10pm (free) I hesitated parking in the garage it was confusing and expensive for the short amount of time left 10pm to 6am was $23.00, I was worried about being charged an additional $23.00 after 6am.. I ended up parking next to the hotel after 10pm. I paid $3.00 in the morning at 830am to 11am, which was check out time. My ONLY ISSUE with The Sterling Hotel was internet access and Wifi was absolutely NOT available and very frustrating. Good thing for hotspots.
