The pool was totally green with Algae and they said it was ok to swim!! No way i would get in that nasty water. Night shift person at the desk said she just turns off the pumps and it just goes to the bottom!!! The laundry room is disgusting, dirty, smells. The only ice machine is located in the laundry and doesnt work!! The room- the floors are dirty and sticky, the tub is disgusting, the linens are so dingy and atained and i was told they use NO detergent! I have photos but cannot upload

Hotel won't refund a day early checkout

I needed to check out a day early due to a change in my work circumstance. I checked out at 7AM, well before check out time. Hotel stated they are not willing to refund the second day. Poor management decision will result in a loss of future stays.

Positive and surprised experience

This was a 2 star hotel that I needed to book last minute through Hotels.com. I read some of the low reviews but maybe I came in with lower expectations. Parking was ample and the building area was clean. My surprise was that I got a renovated cleaned room with clean bed, hot showers, easy parking in and out at late night , and quiet. I would stay again but cognizant that it's like the town of Safford, a little old but kept maintained. The room served its purpose of a good place to sleep and visit Mt Graham the entire day. I would stay here again.

Room, towels, bedding, etc. was clean and neat. Light went out in bathroom. AC rattled as if something was loose inside near the fan. Parking was tight for trucks and big SUVs. Breakfast was minimal. Best price for a better rated hotel. Would stay here again.

No cable and phone didn’t work

No cable in the room and phone didn’t work. Someone came in to check it and was not able to fix it. They said they couldn’t give a discount since we booked on hotels.com. Was not happy about that at all.

Many of the rooms appear to have occupants living there for extended stay Lots of parties. Noisy, uncomfortable walking around once it’s dark from the room to the car. Room carpets dirty, limited plug ins for personal items, tv wouldn’t turn on. Continental breakfast is bread, yogurt and cereal. For the price just doesn’t meet my simple expectations.
