The neighborhood is perfect for walking or biking.
This listing is for the entire house located on almost 1 acres in a residential centrally located neighborhood. It is private but not isolated. Close to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, park (with extensive children's area and tennis), and Serene Green farm stand (you could bike to any of these). The house has high ceilings, air-conditioning, two bedrooms, galley kitchen, separate dining area that seats 8, in unit washer/dryer, 55" LG smart tv, wrap around deck, enclosed outdoor shower.
