The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before leaving the house please make sure you take all used bedding linens (not comforters or blankets) down to the laundry room. If you can get the laundry started moving that would be very helpful!
Bring ALL trash bagged down to the garbage area (on mid/left side of driveway. (only bags). Actual garbage cans in the kitchen & pool deck must left there. (Garbage area is NOT outside front gates.)
If the Barbecue was used, Please give it a good clean & scrub. Same for the Blackstone Grill. Move pool deck furniture, chaises, back in their original place & close all deck umbrellas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

House policies form and lease must be read and signed by guest prior to arrival. Copy of drivers license must be provided as well.

NO PROM /STUDENTS GROUPS. Accurate accounting of total guests both adult & children is mandatory. Max six cars allowed.
