The staff was completely rude. The room was disgusting! Animals shouldn’t stay here. The bedding was dirty and the bed was made with dirty sheets. The bathtub was filthy! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The floors weren’t swept and there were crumbs everywhere! There tv stand was falling apart and water damage at the bottom. It was the worst room Ive ever been to! Was offered another room that was equally filthy and smelled like old cigarettes! NEVER AGAIN!

It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. There was no tray to hold the coffee for the coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the lobby, and no one at the desk. There was only a sign with a number to call for assistance. I won’t be back.
