Room was disgusting. Smell being forced into bathroom vent was putrid!! Sheets dirty, bed dirty, i believe we found dried puke on night stand!! Had to ask for vacuum because floor was so bad upon check in. Definitely didn't want my family walking around on that.

Was Treated by the stay horrendous...The girls name was Tiffany which she stated she had 20 years of experience in hotel management. Whoever trained her should be fired... I will never use Choice Hotels again.. We got to Hotel a day early and added an extra night stay which is still a nightmare. Charged me for the room and then the next day charged us for an extra day because they told us we didn't check out and check back in.. The person at the desk did not inform us that we had to do that but the next day we were informed that we would.. Very disgusted with this stay

Front desk help sucked. They messed up my reservation upon checking. Charged my card for someone elses room. Had me checking on the very next day. Room service knocked on the door and told us we had to leave because we were there past check out. Lord behold to find out they didn't have me under my reservation. They had me under some other persons. So therefore we couldn't use the WIFI because it makes you use your last name and the room number well that wasn't working because we weren't even checked in under my name. I went and asked why I got charged the man at the front kept saying I didn't I only got charged the $50 the other was already charged to my card. I kept telling

Quick check in. Room was clean. Little smaller than modern rooms. I thought I had a 2 queen room but bed were more of a double size. Good well lit parking. Better than average breakfast for this class of hotel. Waffles, mini waffles, sausage patties, and the normal other stuff. Check in staff was good. Morning staff super friendly. Lady in breakfast area made made everyone welcome with a personal “good morning”. Only thing wrong was age of room size. Good value.
