Nice stay

Original room on the fourth floor had a repulsive sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The front desk manager was very helpful and switched us to another room on a different floor. Parking was awful as there is not enough parking spots for the size of the hotel. Overall stay was good. Room was clean. Staff was welcoming and nice.

The stay here was most pleasant. The staff was awesome at check in. The room was great. Loved the bed and the plushie pillows. Breakfast was great. The hotel was easy to get in and out to our destinations. I will stay here again.

Friendly & amazing

We stayed here after a day out celebrating St. Paddy's day fun with friends. The room was spacious & comfortable. Breakfast the next morning offered a lot of options and we were greeted immediately upon entering. The staff was super friendly from checking in, to checking out. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean. There was an awful odor coming from the bathroom that filtered out into the entire room. We had 2 rooms and both smelled bad. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice, Pool bathroom disgusting, unusable. Breakfast Lady was so nice, kept area clean. There was something for everyone to choose from. Would we stay here again... probably not. None of us could stand that odor in our rooms.

The perfect location for our stay in Bay City. The breakfast buffet was very good each morning. The attendant was very sweet & welcoming, kept everything stocked as needed. Price was reasonable. Bed was comfortable. Shower felt great. Overall a decent property.
