We love the three private bedrooms, all with King beds, luxury linens and spread out so that there's a bedroom on each level of this three story home. Bike trails and the lake are close by!

An A-framed designed living room provides lots of natural light and the open living / dining and kitchen area make it fun to entertain and enjoy meals, movies and game night. The back yard is fenced and a wrap around deck extends around the Great Room. A large bedroom and full bath complete the main level. Upstairs is where the primary bedroom and full bathroom are located. Head downstairs to find an additional family room with large TV, cabinet Murphy bed, fireplace and the third private bedroom with full bath. Book Today!

The Sunrise Circle neighborhood is located just off and above HWY 95 so when outside you will hear vehicle noise from the road. Inside, it's quiet and serene. This property is gorgeous and in the perfect location to visit Sandpoint! The beds were very comfortable and the 6 of us did not feel crowded at all. Would love to return for another stay.
