Beautiful waterfront home located in Sagle, ID, just across the iconic Long Bridge from downtown Sandpoint. 114' of waterfront with private dock on serene Fry Creek, where the water is always calm and ready for a kayak or SUP ride. With plenty of room for boat trailer parking, take your own boat and explore Lake Pend Orielle. Inside the home is flooded with natural light and the large windows provide spectacular scenery. Use the stocked kitchen to gather around a meal with friends and family on the large dining table or out on the patio. Enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. Plenty of grass for little ones to play. Relax in a chair outside and watch Fry Creek come to life with families enjoying this special place in N. Idaho. Roast marshmallows in the Fire pit. Sleep comfortably in the newly appointed bedrooms. Fish off the dock and catch bass, catfish, pike, and trout. Walk or bike the paved trail system that runs parallel to the home and leads across the Long Bridge into downtown Sandpoint. Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, hosts were absolutely amazing! The place was so clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our group and would 100% recommend to anyone. We'd be psyched to stay here again in the future.

Quiet lake house

Quiet lake house with tons of room, huge kitchen, amazing views & perfect location for calm water. Owner went about and beyond to accommodate us and answered all my questions before during and after our stay. Home doesn’t have A/C so that was the only negative but we had all windows open at night so that helped. We will definitely be staying here again.
