It has a shared heated swimming pool and a spacious 2,000 m² garden, as well as all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.

The house is located on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel road, equidistant from the market towns of Pléneuf-Val-André and Saint-Alban, in a quiet, leafy setting.

- Shared garden of 2,000 m², south-west facing.
- Private south-facing terrace of 25 m², accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.
