Detached cottage in a quiet location within the Brière Regional Natural Park (canals 2 km away), 6 km from the beaches of Pornichet and 12 km from Guérande, La Baule, and Saint-Nazaire.
Enclosed 900 m² garden with terrace.
Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, and pantry.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 140x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm, 2: 1 double bed 140x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm, 3: 1 double bed 140x190 cm and a cot), shower room, separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player, full baby equipment, small freezer, beach toys.
Included: electric underfloor heating, firewood.
