The house is located in the middle of the beautiful village of St Armel, just 300m walk from the coast of Golfe of Morbihan. Ideally situated in the Morbihan region of Brittany, France. It provides an ideal touring base for those who value everything you need to make a holiday to remember!
Downstairs is an open planned living room with kitchen, a sliding door leads onto a small terrace which is a fantastic suntrap in the afternoon/evening. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a double bed. There is a bathroom with toilet bath/shower.
On the third floor , accessed by staircase, is the attic with 2 sleeping spaces, one with a double bed and the other with 2 x single beds (note there is no door between these areas, but a curtain for privacy). The house is perfectly placed to explore the Golfe of Morbihan and nearby Vannes.
