Independent villa located in a quiet area (end of the driveway) 6 km from the sea (large odds) between Saint-Palais and La Palmyre. Take advantage of the large enclosed garden (1300 m2) at the edge of the forest (access by a door), its terrace and its courtyard.

The completely renovated house has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen; an air-conditioned living room, 2 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.

The terrace includes a table and many chairs, and a summer kitchen (gas stove, plancha, fryer etc ...)
