Très bel appartement dans un immeuble vue sur mer
Appartement très bien tenu et très fonctionnel. Un peu loin des commerces mais l'accès direct à la plage est un gros avantage.
L'immeuble n'est pas très récent mais le 2e étage permet de profiter d'une très belle vue.
Il y a même une bibliothèque et un mini-golf à disposition.
Le seul point noir a été la communication et le paiement avec le prestataire Hoomy qui a été vraiment compliqué. Surtout que Abritel émet des messages contradictoires de ne pas payer en dehors du site, je me suis retrouvé à payer sur un obscure site, et laisser la caution par carte bleue sur un autre site tout aussi obscure. Il faut une sacrée dose de confiance pour aller jusqu'au bout du processus...

Appartement tres bien situé bord de mer
Le bonheur d’ouvrir ses volets avec vue directe sur la Mer!!
Résidence un peu vieillote mais attractive avec son mini-golf et son aire de jeu, calme, avec un gardien adorable pret a tout pour vous aidez.
L’appartement est correctement équipé et surtout, accepte les animaux.

Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr als in Ordnung, aber der Blick ist super, genauso wie auf dem Foto.
Unser Hund durfte zwar offiziell nicht an den Strand, aber es gibt 300 m entfernt einen kleinen Wald, in dem man sehr gut spazieren gehen kann.
In der Anlage gibt es auch zwei Tischtennisplatten und einen großen Sandspielplatz mit Rutsche und Schaukel.
Der Strand ist breit und weitläufig mit feinem Sand, bei Ebbe muß man 100m mehr bis zum Wasser laufen. Das Wasser ist verhältnismäßig warm, weil der Ort mitten in der Bucht liegt.
Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren !
