The Villa Claire Joie is in harmony with the seaside houses of Saint Brévin les Pins. In a quiet dead-end and only 1km from the town centre, market and shops. Get out the flip-flops, swimsuits and towels: the sandy beach of Ralliement is 800m away.

This family house of 115m² has a double bedroom (140 bed) on the ground floor and upstairs 3 double bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90), including one connecting room, and a children's bedroom with 3 sleeping spaces (1 single bed and 1 bunk bed), with a total capacity of 11 people.



The independent kitchen is equipped with a cooker and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).

The living-dining room has direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection (fibre in place). A bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs complete the house. A hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot and iron are also provided.

Enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue on the large terrace shaded by trees, bicycles are also available.

You can park up to 4 cars on the grounds.

Our animal friends cannot be accommodated in this rental, thank you for your understanding.

For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is non-smoking and parties or events are not allowed.

Household linen (towels, bath mats, tea towels...) and bed preparation are not provided. The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before your arrival.

During the stay, there will be no replacement of household linen, nor cleaning.



A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on a bank card, will be requested at the time of the final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, subject to no damage.
