This charming house with a sea view is available to rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. Located 400 m from the beach, it has a surface area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden. End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price. All you have to do is put down your luggage!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa bed (double bed), TV, Wifi
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: on the second floor with a single bed. Access is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under 10 (under the roof, rather cramped).
- A bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and cot.
Outside:
- A small 60 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, right in the centre of town, 400m from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

- July and August: There is a market every Monday from 07:00 to 15:00. We therefore advise you to park your car in a parallel street on Sunday evening if you plan to travel on Monday morning. The summer market is right in front of the house.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- You can choose to arrive on your own when you make your reservation.
