A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Half term skiing

Arrived late, but an arrival pack had been left out for us so that we could get into our apartment without delay. Bedrooms were small and lacked storage space, so we lived out of our suitcases, 2 of which had to stay in main living area. Ensuite bathroom very small. Other toilet smelled of cigarette smoke, coming from somewhere, perhaps via the fan (?). Couldn't really swim in the swimming pool as it was very small and crowded, but it was good to have the sauna and pool as an option to freshen up after a day's skiing. Worth noting that there is no changing facilities at the pool though. Didn't really see any staff, so difficult to comment on them. Easy walk to the ski slopes however, and the proximity to the road was not an issue. Reasonably clean and comfy enough. Kitchen facilities fine. Satisfactory overall, but would probably look elsewhere if we go back to Serre Chevalier.

Pire expĂ©rience, nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de louer un autre hĂŽtel car celui-ci nous a laisser Ă  la porte de l’établissement. En effet nous avons reçu un mail indiquant les horaires pour rĂ©ceptionner notre chambre, et une fois arrivĂ© Ă  l’hĂŽtel nous sommes restĂ©s dehors au froid 👍

Bon séjour

Points forts de cette rĂ©sidence sont : - Piscine couverte et chauffĂ©e (et mĂȘme en aoĂ»t ce n’est pas du luxe car il peut faire parfois assez frais) - Billard dans la salle commune - Sauna de 4 places - Salle de sport complĂšte - Personnel en majoritĂ© sympathique et Ă  l’écoute - Studio spacieux, mĂȘme si l’agencement aurait pu ĂȘtre mieux. Le cĂŽtĂ© cuisine-salle Ă  manger est grand mais pas exploitĂ© (pas de canapĂ© par exemple) - TrĂšs bien situĂ©e dans la station Points nĂ©gatifs ou Ă  revoir sont : - Manque de transats et d’une maniĂšre plus gĂ©nĂ©rale d’espace « dĂ©tente » autour de la piscine - Les jours fĂ©riĂ©s et mercredis il n’y a pas de personnel (et donc pas de sauna qui doit ĂȘtre rĂ©armĂ© toutes les 6 ou 8 heures). Nous n’avions pas de sĂšche-cheveux dans l’appartement et l’absence de personnel ces jours-lĂ  a eu pour consĂ©quence que nous n’avons pu l’avoir que le jeudi alors que nous l’avions rĂ©clamĂ© dĂšs le mardi. - Plus de dĂ©sinfectant dans les parties communes en milieu de sĂ©jour (y compris dans la salle de sport) - L’insonorisation est dans la moyenne de ce qui se fait dans ce type de rĂ©sidence - Pour l’hiver, attention, certains appartements sont au nord et donc trĂšs peu ensoleillĂ©s, voire pas du tout (arbres trĂšs proches des balcons) - La table Ă  disposition sur le balcon Ă©tait rouillĂ©e et rendait donc son utilisation impossible En conclusion, d’une maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale nous recommandons cette rĂ©sidence mĂȘme si certains points sont Ă  amĂ©liorer comme j’ai pu le dĂ©tailler plus haut.

In estate la struttura permette piacevoli escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike. La piscina riscaldata, la micro sauna e la sala gym sono aperte dalle 10 am alle 8pm, La pulizia delle camere dei letti delle stoviglie etc viene fatta dall'ospite precedente quindi prima del check out tutto deve essere perfettamente pulito ed in ordine. Il personale della struttura esegue una verifica congiunta. Consiglio quindi di lavare tutto accuratamente prima di utilizzarlo.

rĂ©sidence trĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des commerces, du tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique et de toutes les activitĂ©s. On peut donc se passer de voiture pendant plusieurs jours ! Les Ă©quipements - piscine, sauna, billard, fitness, sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables (quand les enfants ne prennent pas la petite piscine pour une piscine municipale ...), les apparts sont beaux, fonctionnels et cleans mais minuscules pour 4 personnes (30 m2), les apparts situĂ©s Ă  l'arriĂšre sont calmes mais trĂšs sombres, le personnel est d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse et toujours lĂ  pour rendre service et ĂȘtre Ă  notre Ă©coute, je les remercie encore une fois.

Bon challenge

Nous étions la pour le challenge des moniteurs. Nous avons adoré la proximité avec les télé cabines. L'accueil au top avec une bonne ambiance entre les autres chambres Si je reviens a Serre Che je reviendrai dans cette résidence avec plaisir !
