Grosse déception

Nous avons choisi ce chalet car il avait un poêle, et nous révions du notre flambée chaque soir, 1 semaine avant notre arrivée nous avons reçu un mail nous précisant que l'utilisation du poêle était interdite. Une fois sur place effectivement interdiction de faire un feu, le poêle n'étant même plus raccordé au conduit. Lors de notre arrivée nous nous sommes plaints de ce changement, l'agence a donc prit en compte cette remarque en précisant quelle verrait avec le propriétaire pour une compensation. Je peux comprendre tout problème mais ce n'est aucunement au locataire de subir cela. Dans un foutage de gueule le propriétaire nous à accordé un geste commercial de 20 . Si la réaction avait été adéquate je n'aurais rien demandé mais la, je réclame un compensation à la hauteur de notre déception
