Vrbo - la pire plateforme de réservation pour location

Le chalet était très bien et les gestionnaires de l'endroit ont été super. Par contre, lorsque nous avons eu besoin du support de Vrbo. Nous n'avons reçu aucun support et retour. Aucune considération client. C'était la première et dernière fois que je réservais via la plateforme Vrbo.

Beau chalet à Val Saint-Come mais que je ne recommande pas.

Sur la plateforme Vrbo, la localisation du chalet est erroné. Nous n'avons reçu aucun support de l'hôte ou de Vrbo. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, plusieurs points étaient très décevant : À notre arrivée, 3 ensembles de literie et plusieurs serviettes dégageaient une forte odeur de cigarette.L’annonce indique que la literie et les serviettes sont fournies. Cependant, il manquait un drap plat dans deux chambres, le nombre de serviettes était insuffisant pour 11 personnes (comme indiqué lors de la réservation), et il n'y avait qu’un seul linge à vaisselle.L’eau du spa était verte et semblait manquer de produit pour garantir la propreté de l’eau. De plus, plusieurs mottes de poils flottaient à la surface.La porte patio au deuxième étage ne se verrouille pas. Avec de jeunes enfants, cela pose un problème de sécurité, car ils peuvent accéder au balcon à tout moment.Dans la salle de bain blanche au rez-de-chaussée, la lunette des toilettes est cassée.Le lave-vaisselle n’est pas fixé au comptoir et ne tient pas en place. Il a failli tomber sur un enfant qui passait alors qu’une autre personne le remplissait.Les bols, assiettes et plusieurs verres étaient couverts de gras et de traces de doigts, comme si une grosse batch de vaisselle avait été rangée sans avoir été lavée.L’escalier était couvert de cheveux et de poussière à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons pas passé l’aspirateur.Enfin, l'eau est jaune et sent le soufre, ce qui n’est pas très agréable.
