Ground floor: Living room with dining area and 160 cm sofa bed and TV / functional kitchenette (top-mounted fridge, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
Shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: Bedroom with 140 cm bed.
Parking is available on the street.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Quiet environment in a residential area with little traffic as it is a cul-de-sac.
