On the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchenette: microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher. Shower room (cubicle), semi-separate WC. Living room with TV, sofa bed (120cm). 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe. Upstairs, a mezzanine (large wardrobe), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), chest of drawers. Secure parking space no. 131. Sunny all day, functional. Southwest facing.
