déception

arrivée ,paquet de clés ? logement sans aucune ventilation ( hors normes)lave linge dans l annonce,mais il n y en a pas! envahi de petites fourmis a l arrivée !achat produit !un simple mini aspirateur genre voiture !pas de parasol,barbecue très sale inutilisable!oreillers nuls,quelques boules a l intérieur!heuresement nous avions les notres!matelas très moyen,mousse 10cm,monter le son sur la télé,un vrai sport,fonctionne très mal! de nombreuses choses inutiles dans tout l appart. laissées par de précédents locataires , pas terrible .nous n avons jamais loué un appart comme celui ci , de plus wc se sont bouchés, malgré une chasse d eau qui sort au moins 15 a20l d eau?ce qui a chaque tirage montait dans la cuvette avant de s évacuer,pas de petite chasse?cet incident nous as obligé apartir le mercredi au lieu du vendredi,car agence prévenue dés 9h mecrdi,pas de nouvelles a11H30,et la secraitaire me dit je n arriva pas a joindre le propriétaire,qui doit joindr son syndic,cela va être très compliqué, pas de délai de dépannage des WC, nous avons donc décidé de partir, et perdu 2 jours de vacances, donc très décus , c est la première fois que nous avons une location avec autant de problèmes , un dédommagement serait necessaire , cordialement.
