Superb villa on the outskirts of Saint Denis, new and built to be particularly comfortable with high-end materials and equipment. In the centre, a private pool, heated from April to September, with the house and summer kitchen around it.
3 Bedrooms including a master suite. 2 beds in 140, 2 bunk beds and 1 bed in 160 in the master suite. 1 additional separate toilet and a washroom available. The large living area will provide comfort and conviviality in all seasons, especially in winter with the wood fireplace.
Shops and market accessible on foot or by bicycle. The sea is 1.3km away, Boirie or Soubregeon beaches, which is 5 minutes by bike. Parasol and sun loungers also available.
The summer kitchen contains a plancha and a deep fryer. A bar and stools. 2 parking spaces on the street, 1 private space and another along the house, no parking within the premises except for bicycles. Bed and house linen are provided and the price is included in the cleaning fees.
The pool is secured by a roller shutter compliant with safety standards for this equipment. Filter coffee machine in the house.
