Beautiful, characterful cottage located on the first floor and arranged as a duplex (the ground floor is occupied by your carport) with views of the Irouléguy vineyards and the mountains. Numerous hiking trails start from the cottage. The cottage occupies the front of the house with a private courtyard and independent access; the owners live at the rear (no overlooking). Ground floor: courtyard, carport. First floor: - Open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 2 gas hobs, 2 induction hobs, dishwasher). - Large living room with sitting area, wood-burning stove, TV, opening onto the covered terrace - 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) - Shower room (walk-in shower) - Toilet 2nd floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Bathroom/toilet Beds made upon arrival. Towels available for hire. The cottage is equipped with mosquito nets. Wi-Fi internet access. Heating/air conditioning is extra. Firewood is extra. Covered terrace 27 m², garden furniture, barbecue/plancha grill. Small enclosed garden. It is possible to rent only the 1st floor for 2 people in the low season.
