la variété du petit déjeuner est assez sommaire, une salade de fruit est manquante ainsi qu'une plus grande variété dans les pains et les viennoiseries. La température de la salle de petit déjeuner et des chambres est beaucoup trop élévé et l'air condition dans les chambres n'est pas fonctionnel.

La chambre était conforme à mes attentes. L'accueil est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner demande d'autres choix, le jus d'orange en panne et le jus de pomme avec beaucoup d'eau. Le chocolat au lait avec peu de chocolat et beaucoup d'eau. Les viennoiseries sont froides.

Le personnel et excellent très agréable et sympathique surtout le monsieur qui était de nuit au top en général tousse très gentil. Sauf Une seule personne la dame blonde qui casse le charme de cette établissement je crois que c’est la responsable elle devrait faire un stage clientèle pour apprendre à être sympathique avec les clients car n’a aucun savoir en matière de sympathie femme très froide très antipathique c’est le seul bémol de cette établissement

Lack of kettle and tea in room was a let down. Had to go to the reception for accessing the same. Also, towels could have been bigger. The shower cubicle size was ok. Anti slip mat and grab rails would have been a good addition. The Gentleman manning the reception was helpful and liked his cheerfulness. Overall a comfortable 1 night stay. Didn't have breakfast.
