This stone house, two kilometers of the Seine, in the small village of Saint-Etienne-sous-Bailleul. Quiet and peaceful, it is located in a hilly landscape and offers a beautiful view of the valley. Due to its location and proximity to Giverny, this house is the ideal house for people who want to combine a stay near a luxuriant nature with a visit to Monet's house. are two other individual holiday homes. The houses without vis-à-vis are all independent of each other.
The house has a dining room and a cozy living room with fireplace. Wood is available for the fireplace. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Three bedrooms are furnished on the top floor. Two bedrooms are furnished each with a double bed and the third bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom, where there is also the washing machine is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The house is completed by a 500 m² garden with sun loungers and a private garage. The land is fenced and suitable for children. In addition, there is an enclosed space where you can store bicycles, for example.
